PETER FORD is a talented and respected veteran member of Grand WaZoo - Kings of Soul, Peter performed in various Jazz outfits and smaller combos for many years prior to joining the band in late 1996. Peter has toured overseas and appeared in the media many times with Grand WaZoo-Kings of Soul as well as guesting in other bands.
He has accompanied or performed with Max Merritt, Jeff Duff, Rhonda Burchmore, Peter Cupples, Normie Rowe, Mark Holden, Bobby Bright, Jackie Love, Ron Charles, Bob Valentine , Denise Drysdale, John Young, Joe Camilleri and several others.
Equally confident playing jazz, big band, soul, blues and bluegrass, Peter is a meticulous player who inspires others with his outstanding playing, artistic vigour and leadership qualities. Grand WaZoo is blessed to have retained Peter in the line-up long term, with just one brief sabbatical.
